Getting to Know Ed: Travel Edition

If you could pack your bags and go anywhere in the world, where would you go? And more importantly, who would you take with you?

For me, the answer is clear: Ireland. This summer, my family and I are heading to the Emerald Isle, and to say I'm excited would be an understatement.

Having already been fortunate enough to visit Ireland twice before, this trip is especially meaningful. There's something about the rugged landscapes, charming villages, and rich history that has always tugged at my heart. But this time, it’s different. I’m not just exploring the stunning vistas or wandering through ancient castles for myself—I’m sharing this magical place with my children.

Ireland isn’t just a beautiful destination for me; it’s a part of our story. It’s a link to our past, and now, I get to pass that connection on to the next generation. I can’t wait to show my kids where our roots lie and let them feel the same awe I did when I first set foot in this incredible country. It’s more than just a vacation; it’s a legacy being woven into the fabric of their present and future.

I believe that travel is one of the best ways to help children understand the world around them and their place in it. Whether it’s the rolling hills of the Irish countryside or the cobblestone streets of Dublin, every corner of this place has a story to tell. And now, it’s their turn to listen.

As our trip approaches, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunity to bring my family on this journey—one that ties together our past, present, and future. For anyone contemplating where to go on their next adventure, I wholeheartedly recommend finding a destination that resonates with your heart and, if possible, one that you can share with those you love.
