The Second Home-Buying Step to Take
Here’s what to do after you’ve contacted a Realtor about buying a home.
Want to buy a home? Search all homes for sale
Last time, we covered the first step of the home-buying process. Today we’re moving on to step two: the buyer consultation.
The buyer consultation is where a homebuyer meets with an agent to go through their wants and needs and start pinpointing what they’re looking for. We want to make sure that everything that could be a good option for you goes into a funnel where you’ll see all the options. Then it’s just a process of elimination.
We’re always happy to recommend a great, local lender.
Most agents will then rush you through the consultation to get to the pre-approval process, but we like to take our time getting to know you and your situation.
Once we’re fully briefed, we’ll get you connected with a lender. We work with a ton of great, local lenders who have helped many of our clients tremendously. We’re always happy to recommend one to you.
After the buyer consultation, it’s time to move on to step three where the pre-approval process can start. If you have any questions about buyer consultations or real estate in general, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
