The Second Home-Buying Step to Take
Here’s what to do after you’ve contacted a Realtor about buying a home.
Last time, we covered the first step of the home-buying process. Today we’re moving on to step two: the buyer consultation.
The buyer consultation is where a homebuyer meets with an agent to go through their wants and needs and start pinpointing what they’re looking for. We want to make sure that everything that could be a good option for you goes into a funnel where you’ll see all the options. Then it’s just a process of elimination.

Most agents will then rush you through the consultation to get to the pre-approval process, but we like to take our time getting to know you and your situation.
Once we’re fully briefed, we’ll get you connected with a lender. We work with a ton of great, local lenders who have helped many of our clients tremendously. We’re always happy to recommend one to you.
